Your decision to seek therapy is a big step to making a positive change in your life.
I consider myself as a guide walking with you side by side the journey you dare to explore. I am also a student of life as I learn from you through this process. I am there to support you when the need arises and to assure you that you are not alone. I know that it takes courage to be aware of your suffering and your willingness to make a transformation to live a deserving life.
In the therapeutic process, I will work in partnership with you to explore and understand the conditioned and pattern of behaviors, thoughts and emotions that kept you from creating a life that you enjoy.
I will assist you building core skills to overcome difficulties that have impacted your relationships and daily functioning through a safe and supportive environment.
